With their winning combination of youthful exuberance and athleticism, NDT2 have wowed audiences in the UK for over a decade.

Hundreds of young dancers from around the world audition to join NDT2, the springboard for NDT1, but only a very few are chosen. The current group of 18 hail from around the globe: Russia, China, UK, Taiwan, America and Spain to name a few. None of the dancers is older than 23, yet they fill the stage with feats of virtuosity: jumping higher and spinning faster than seems possible. They use their young bodies in beautiful ways, expressing emotions and feelings way beyond their years and experience.

The company will perform a range of pieces which uniquely reflect their strengths and abilities. Sleepless, choreography by Jiri Kylian , features a diagonal wall made of enormous strips of paper through which appear dancers' legs, arms, head in near impossible contortions. Sometimes it's very funny, and sometimes painfully moving. Following this will be Déjà vu & Solo, two witty, silly and very very fast pieces by Hans van Manen. And finally comes the Ohad Naharin's show-stopping Minus 16 which was described by the London Evening Standard as "hilarious, dangerous, utterly cheeky and a wild climax".

The Theatre Royal is offering 2 tickets for this fantastic show for the evening of Friday 30th March 2012. The competition closes on 27th March 2012 and entrants need to be 16 or over.

This Competition is now closed

Congratulations to Susan Whittley who has won the two tickets to this fantastic show!
